Hong Kong Prosperity Tower (formerly known as Xingfu Port Center) is located at No. 763, Mengzi Road, Huangpu District, at the intersection of Lupu Bridge and the Inner Ring Road along the Huangpu River in Shanghai. It was developed by Fengsheng Real Estate (China), a subsidiary of Fengsheng Enterprise Group, and later held and developed by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Fengchang Property. Completed in 2010, Hong Kong Prosperity Tower was the first 5A grade high-rise office building completed within the Pudong and Puxi Garden Areas for the 2010 World Expo. The building covers an area of approximately 70,000 square meters and rises to 39 stories. Each floor has an area of 1,924 square meters. Property management services are provided by CBRE, a global real estate services firm. The headquarters of Fengsheng Enterprise Group's Shanghai company is also located in this office building. Situated in the core area of the Expo Riverside, the project is enclosed by Zhongshan South First Road, Mengzi Road, Longhua East Road, and Zhizaoju Road. It is adjacent to the Inner Elevated Road and North-South Elevated Road, close to Lupu Bridge and the Inner Ring Elevated Road. The Shibo Expo Museum Station on Metro Line 13 is just a 20-meter walk away.
