Office Introduction

The Dawning Center is located at No. 500 Hongbaoshi Road, Changning District, near Gubei Road, and it belongs to the Hongqiao Gubei Business District.

The Dawning Center was completed and delivered in December 2008. The total construction area is 85,000 square meters, with the office building covering an area of approximately 65,000 square meters and the commercial area covering 5,000 square meters. The Dawning Center has a total of 25 floors above ground and 2 floors underground, and the office floors are from the 3rd to the 25th floor. The construction area of a standard floor is about 1,450 square meters, and the raised floor is 100 millimeters high. The layout of the office spaces is reasonable, the facilities are complete, and the office environment is clean and comfortable. The Dawning Center has joined hands with the world-renowned design firm CENSLER and the Shanghai Modern Architectural Design Group to build a twin-tower structure in the classic form of a business building.
