Gubei Building is the first-phase office building of Gubei International Fortune Center. It is located at 1452 Hongqiao Road, Changning District, Shanghai, and is also one of the landmark buildings in the Gubei area of Hongqiao, Changning.
The first phase of Gubei International Fortune Center (Gubei Building) was developed by China Enterprise Corporation, a subsidiary of Shanghai Real Estate Group, and designed by Kume Sekkei of Japan. The project started construction in 2006 and was completed in 2008. It consists of a 15-story Grade A office building and a 5-story podium commercial complex, with a total construction area of approximately 40,000 square meters. The main building features an arcade design, allowing both vehicles and pedestrians to pass through the colonnade directly to the lobby and underground parking garage. In addition, there are drop-off areas and temporary parking spaces on the ground, which are convenient for visitors and business receptions.
