IM Shanghai , Which is located to the east of Kaixuan Road, to the south of Anshun Road, and to the west of Huaihai West Road in Shanghai, it is a comprehensive plaza that has been approved by the Changning District Bureau of Urban Planning and Land Resources. The plaza integrates commerce, culture, and business office functions.

The total construction area of the project is approximately 257,000 square meters, with a land area of 40,384 square meters. It includes 4 Class A office buildings, 8 characteristic commercial buildings, a sunken commercial plaza, a VIP fitness club, a premium supermarket, and 1,350 parking spaces, achieving a perfect integration of innovation and diversity. The entire project integrates cultural and commercial retail facilities into the office environment, creating a unique urban oasis. The project has an investment of over 10 billion yuan and has been meticulously crafted over a period of 6 years.

It is designed by Aedas, an internationally renowned top architectural design firm. The design concept is derived from the continuous mountain scenery in nature, including the layered terrain, green gardens, caves, and waterfalls. The office towers are designed with cuts considering the influence of sunlight, while the rock-like podium buildings create a lively atmosphere. The glass curtain walls in the shape of cascading waterfalls, combined with the towers, create a contrast between the virtual and the real, with one part bright and the other part dark, and at the same time outline a contour similar to that of mountains.
